BUILD is a 12-month contractor development program that helps established contractors install practical systems, strengthen leadership, and create a company that can grow without consuming the owner. The first 90 days focus on implementation inside your real business.

The BUILD Experience

Days 1–30: Diagnose and design. We identify the bottlenecks, establish priorities, and build the implementation roadmap.

Days 31–60: Install and train. We implement practical sales, estimating, office, automation, AI, and leadership systems with your team.

Days 61–90: Stabilize and measure. We test adoption, correct breakdowns, and establish accountability.

Months 4–12: Strengthen and scale. Ongoing leadership development, regional contractor collaboration, performance review, and growth planning.

The experience includes a regional intensive, a five-company contractor cohort, and an on-site implementation day at your business.

Who BUILD Is For

Strong fit: Established contractors with an operating business, a team to develop, clear growth goals, and the willingness to implement new systems.

Not a fit: Someone looking only for leads, passive education, a networking membership, or a quick fix without implementation.

Investment: $10,000 for the 12-month program—$5,000 at enrollment, $2,500 on Day 30, and $2,500 on Day 60.

Enrollment begins with an application. Qualified contractors are invited to a diagnostic conversation before a proposal or agreement is issued.
