Who is the electrical apprenticeship training for?

Energize Us EDU works with electrical contractors and employer sponsors that want structured technical instruction for their apprentices. Individuals exploring the trade can also contact our team to discuss their location, experience, and next steps.

The program combines instruction across Electrical Levels 1–4 with practical learning, progress tracking, and leadership development.

What does the training cover?

The NCCER Electrical Levels 1–4 curriculum covers electrical theory, code, safety, blueprint reading, conduit and raceway work, and motor controls. The Energize Framework connects those lessons with hands-on practice and jobsite professionalism.

Training schedules, delivery format, assessments, and any additional courses are agreed with the employer before enrollment.

Does completing instruction provide an electrical license?

Completing technical instruction alone does not provide a license. Work experience, examinations, registration, and licensing requirements depend on the location and applicable program. Confirm those requirements with the relevant licensing or apprenticeship agency before enrollment.

What do the employer and Energize Us EDU each provide?

The employer provides supervised jobsite experience, a mentor or field lead, and time for apprentices to attend instruction.

Energize Us EDU provides technical instruction, practical learning activities, attendance and performance tracking, and leadership development within the agreed training scope.

Registration, documentation responsibilities, course requirements, and any additional credentials are agreed before training begins. A Registered Apprenticeship sponsor retains responsibility for administering its program.

How can an employer get started?

1. Send an inquiry. Tell us your company, location, crew size, and training goals.
2. Discuss the training plan. Review curriculum, schedule, instruction format, and employer responsibilities with our team.
3. Confirm the requirements. Establish the applicable registration, documentation, credential, and licensing requirements before enrollment.
4. Begin the agreed program. Set the start date and review attendance, learning progress, and employer feedback.
